At Orwell Cocktails we can help you turn your party, celebration or special event into something amazing by mixing cocktails especially for you and your guests. With decades of experience, we can add the sparkle to your event - big or small!
How we work...
We provide a simple way for you to get the most out of your event by offering a FREE no-obligation consultation, where we go through everything you are wanting so we can prepare a full quote for you.
However our prices are listed below...
Prices From Just £145
We charge £145 for two hours service.
This includes one mixologist who will make as many drinks as they can in the time given. They come with all the equipment needed before your event to set up and prepare - we simply ask for a space to work. The two hours you book will be used to mix and serve your drinks.
Two hours is perfect for a small gathering, house party or pre-dinner drinks. It's also ideal for corporate events such as product launches, and meet and greets with clients.
Additional staff/hours £45 per hour
For larger or longer events we can add additional staff or longer hours. These are charged at £45 per person, per hour. We don't charge any extra for preparation or clean down time, just for the time you require service.
Travel £1.00 per mile
We are based in IP3, Ipswich, Suffolk and charge £1.00 per mile based on Google Maps.
Additional Ingredients and Garnish (sold at Cost)
We ask you to provide the spirits and mixers, we will give you a shopping list before the event and anything left over is yours to keep. Some items are more difficult to find, specialised or we simply need them before your event to prepare, so we will price these up and tell you before you book.
Glass Hire from 50p per glass
We can proved glasses for your event from 50p per glass or you can provide your own. The fancier the glass, the more you pay. This would all be priced up before you book, so no hidden surprises.
Consultation FREE OF CHARGE
Before you pay us a penny, we will meet up with you to go through your requirements and prepare a quote. There is no obligation to book us, it's just much simpler for us to go through everything face to face to ensure we get exactly what you are wanting
£50 Deposit
Once you are happy with your quote, we ask for a non-refundable £50 deposit to secure the date, this comes off the final balance which would be due two weeks before your event. If you are hiring glasses we may ask for an additional refundable deposit held against any breakages.
